Home Learning
Welcome to our Home Learning Zone.
This is where we will set activities for you to complete at home, together with providing the necessary support and guidance you may require.
Isolation Home Learning Packs
If your child has been asked to isolate from school we have prepared packs of work for them to complete during the isolation. Some of this work will be online and some paper based. Staff will be contacting you during the isolation period to check on your child's wellbeing and that they understand the work set. You will be able to contact staff via the class email that will be given out when isolation is required.
If you are unable to access work set online then please let a member of staff know and we can arrange for paper copies of work to be given instead.
If you are entitled to Free School Meals then you will be offered a packed lunch for your child for the time they are in isolation.
We use Google Classrooms to support home learning and other online sites. If your child is isolating then they will be given a timetable of work to complete and links to the learning. We ask that completed work is scanned/copied and sent to the class teacher via the class email address for marking.
New packs will be placed on the website if a whole class has to go into isolation.
Support for Parents
During this difficult period, it's good to know that support for yourselves and your children is still available. The following documents have been produced by Birmingham City Council to signpost parents towards relevant support.
