All schools are required to publish information about how many school employees have a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more. At Water Mill we do not have any employees earning £100,000 or more.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Catch up Premium
The school has received a grant that will be used to support those pupils who have been most affected by the school closures in 2020. The grant will be used to fund an academic mentor to work full time in school with identified pupils. This will start in January 2021 when a tutor will be allocated to us by 'Teach First'.
Those working with the mentor will be assessed prior to starting the programme and ongoing throughout to ensure that they are making the expected progress. They will follow a programme of work prepared by the class teacher.
